Our Philosophy Our mission is to benefit our customers by providing collision repair of the highest quality in an honest, cost-effective and convenient manner. By professionally managing the relationship between the vehicle owner, responsible insurance company, Lane Auto Body Techs and its employees, and our suppliers, we strive to create the best result for all.

At Lane Auto Body Techs, quality is always our primary focus. We recognize that we can't provide the highest quality and also offer the lowest prices, so we have chosen to stay out of the discount end of our market. Instead, we emphasize value, believing that it is much more important than price considered alone.

Many of our customers have a very discerning eye, and we know they would be disturbed every time they saw their vehicle if the quality of our repair was less than excellent. Others are less critical toward their vehicle's appearance, but they know the value of their auto is maintained if our repairs are perfect. You can enjoy the quality of our repair now. While quality is our primary concern, we also recognize that convenience is important as well. We do everything we can to accommodate your schedule and special concerns. Both will be familiar with your vehicle and its repair. We don't subject you to a switchboard or voice-mail. Each customer, each vehicle, and each repair is important to us, and we think you deserve to talk to a real person.

Management philosophy is important, but the biggest factor in the quality of our repairs is our staff of technicians. One of our technicians is responsible for the repair of your vehicle from start to finish. (We do have a specialist in frame and unibody repairs.) Collision repair is a craft if not an art; our artisans enjoy the pride they feel when your properly repaired vehicle is returned to you in perfect condition.
